Head of Performance Marketing

Cloudpillo is een snelgroeiend bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in de online verkoop van diverse slaapartikelen, zoals hoofdkussens, matrassen, toppers en boxsprings. Met een team van in totaal 20 gedreven jonge professionals is het bedrijf momenteel actief op de Nederlandse, Vlaamse en Duitse markt en heeft plannen om uit te breiden naar andere landen. Cloudpillo verkoopt 90% van haar producten via de eigen online webshop, en 10% via online marktplaatsen en fysieke retail. Het bedrijf richt zich voornamelijk op online marketingkanalen om het verkeer en de verkoop te vergroten. Daarnaast is het merk onlangs gestart met above the line advertising, om te beginnen via TV en print.
Functieomschrijving
Om onze grote internationale ambities waar te maken is Cloudpillo op zoek naar een gedreven Head of Performance Marketing. Als Head of Performance Marketing ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor paid media (Meta, Google, Tiktok, Criteo, Pinterest & YouTube), Affilliate, CRM & E-commerce (Website). Je weet op een juiste manier het marketingbudget te verdelen over de verschillende kanalen om zo de hoogste ROAS te behalen. Je verzorgt de aansturing van het media-buying, CRM en E-commerce team en werkt nauw samen met het creatieve team voor de productie van advertentiecontent. Je houdt van het analyseren van data, maar weet deze learnings ook als geen ander in de praktijk te brengen.
Verantwoordelijkheden
Beheren van het marketingbudget om ervoor te zorgen dat de ROI wordt gemaximaliseerd
Het aansturen van het media-buying, CRM en E-commerce team.
Samenwerken met ons content team & externe agencies om zo de best presterende advertentie content te produceren
Het op dagelijkse basis monitoren van onze advertentiekanalen: Meta, Google, Tiktok, Criteo, Pinterest & YouTube
Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van strategieën voor het verhogen van klantacquisitie, klantinteractie en retentie door gebruik van digitale marketingkanalen.
Het bedenken van creatieve marketingcampagnes en het beheren van de campagekalender.
Het onderzoeken van nieuwe mogelijke advertentiekanalen om onze zichtbaarheid verder te vergroten
Wie ben jij?
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met performance marketing.
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
Ervaring met het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van succesvolle marketingcampagnes.
Sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met het werken met gegevens om performance marketingbeslissingen te onderbouwen.
Ervaring met het beheren van een marketingbudget van minimaal 50K per maand.
