The Desktop Support Engineer will work with virtual, mobile, and client computing devices to set software/hardware standards, engineering client computing solutions, and supporting Network caregivers to better serve our patients. **Exceptional Skills and Qualifications** Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving. + Associate degree or equivalent work experience required. + Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) Certification strongly preferred. + Three (3) or more years of experience with enterprise software and hardware required. + Two (2) or more years of customer service experience required. + Previous experience in troubleshooting Windows OS, Apple OS, Citrix, Group Policy, Active Directory, SCCM, Disk Encryption, Office 365, Office 2016, and Microsoft Edge. + Previous experience with Epic EMR preferred. + This position will be required to work on-site for the first initial six months upon hire, with the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule after.
