As they continue to grow and expand their operations, they are seeking a skilled Accounting Manager to lead their finance team and oversee their accounting functions.

Position Overview: Are you an experienced accounting professional with a passion for manufacturing? We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our team and take charge of our financial management processes. In this role, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, implementing financial controls, and providing strategic insights to support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to maintain compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to support audits and tax filings.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA certification or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
