Job Summary
As a Data Domain Architect Lead in our Workforce Planning team, you will be at the forefront of delivering data-promoten analytics, report automation, and visualization to support various functions. We expect you to quickly assess complex situations, develop practical problem-solving strategies, and promote business solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with team leaders, identify new process improvements, and provide quality assurance best practices for data mining/analysis services. This opportunity allows you to exhibit thought leadership, derive insights from data, and make a significant impact on our business.
Job responsibilities
Partnering with onshore leaders to drive projects assigned to the team and contribute to data mining architectures, modeling standards, reporting, and data analysis methodologiesExhibit thought leadership and demonstrated analytical thinking to drive insights from data and perform in depth analysis to resolve a business problem by employing the appropriate tools available in the enterpriseIdentify new opportunities to bring new process improvements and communicate data findings through engaging stories that are easy to understandQuickly assesses the big picture in complex situations and identify what is critical and routinely make decisions for best course of action and to drive business solutionsSupport internal and external processes and workflows, suggest improvements based on data analysis and provide insights into the enterprise operationsWork with business domain experts to identify data relevant for analysisProvide and apply quality assurance best practices for data mining/analysis servicesCollaborate with unit managers, end users, development staff, and other stakeholders to integrate data mining results with existing systemsExtract reports/ data, analyze and provide recommendations for the project undertakenRespond to and resolve data mining performance issues.Monitor data mining system performance and implement efficiency improvementsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Hands on experience for data pull using SQL(Relational) and Alteryx, delivering reports and insights, data analytics inference, and visualizations to communicate with partners and stakeholdersUnderstanding and hands on experience of designing and implementing Extract Transform Load (ETL) processesProficiency in critical thinking and problem solvingFamiliarity with basic data table operations Structured Query Language (SQL, etc.)Technical knowledge of data management and governance, big data platforms, and data architecture especially in relation to AWS and SnowflakeStrong Tableau and Tableau Server knowledge and skillsDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Develop new analytical methods and/or tools as requiredPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years or Master's+ with 4+ years of experience operating as reporting and analytics professional with background in either Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Science, or related disciplineStrong verbal and written communication skills and Excellent analytical skillsExperience in large scale data handling, Python, PySpark, and xposure to cloud Amazon Web Services (AWS / Azure)Other visualization designing tools such as Power Business Intelligence (BI), Illustrator, Adobe Analytics or equivalent is a plusAbility to guide and conduct research and drive valuable insights from dataWorking experience or exposure of AgileUnderstanding of Scrum model is good to have
