**Position Description**

* Maintaining and documenting all Arcos related Inventory records

* Make Certain all controlled paperwork is accounted for daily to include any necessary follow-up

* Ensure all daily edits are run, reviewed, corrected and recorded timely

* Review and follow up with all intercompany emails daily

* Identify any controlled inventory offsets and escalate unresolved to Inventory and Operations management and vendor when necessary for immediate follow-up

* Review, change and communicate all DEA registrant number and address discrepancies for all receipts

* Assist with the reconciliation of all ARCOS end month Inventory and balancing

* Maintain the indexing and information of all the controlled boxes monthly per the Controlled Substance Recordkeeping Box Guild

**Skills/Experience/Job Knowledge Requirements:**

* SAP experience, a plus

* SCIMAN experience, a plus

* Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills

* Microsoft Office experience, a plus

* Various warehouse experience, a plus

* Receiving experience, a plus

**Education:**

High School Diploma or Equivalent

**Additional Information:**
