Roles/Responsibilities:

• Agile Scrum Master with Retail domain experience and technical background (Java).

• Must have Scrum Master certification - Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

• Must be based out of Atlanta and be in client office 2-3 days for team/client meetings.

• Must have experience with agile engineering practices like Test Automation, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), DevOps.

• Must run all agile ceremonies.

• Must be proficient in JIRA and Confluence - should be able to create various dashboards to track and report project delivery health KPIs/metrics.

• Must be able to manage multiple distributed agile PODs consisting of resources from multi-vendor & client.

• Should have experience leading highly technical teams and should be able to drive/facilitate discussions with technical teams.

• Participate in Scrum of Scrums (SOS) meetings to address and resolve cross-functional dependencies.

• Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills in a team setting by acting as a change agent.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have Scrum Master certification - Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

• Must have Retail domain experience and technical background (Java).
