**Position Summary**

This role is responsible for providing planned program and rollout support to BSROs 2,200 retail location portfolio.

**Responsibilities**

+ Responsible for support of planned roll out programs across the 2,200-store portfolio, including but not limited to equipment replacements, tire shelving repair and maintenance, and store refresh.

+ Responsible for vendor performance management and contract pricing validation for all planned programs.

+ Responsible for coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding scheduling and completion of work.

+ Responsible for management and execution of on-demand equipment replacement program ensuring work is completed in a timely manner, within contract pricing and timing parameters. On average 200 locations included annually.

+ Provide timely resolution to new store warranty issues, working cross functionally with the construction managers, developers, general contractors, and field operations team

+ Oversee the establishment and management of new planned programs, including managing the RFP for new services.

+ Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by real estate leadership

Qualifications:

**Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate real estate environment**

**Minimum 2 years of facility maintenance or construction management experience**

**Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities to optimize efficiency**

**Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve without direction**

**Capable of working within a changing environment**

**Strong communication skills and intense focus on customer support**

**The ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines**

**Ability to collaborate and operate cross-functionally**

**BS, BA required.**

**Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lucernex, Required**

**Minimum Qualifications**

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelors degree; or 3 years and a masters degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
