We are looking for a Recruiter/Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Intern to be a part of ASM Globals Human Resources team You will be able to apply your skills in real world applications and gain experience through talent acquisition and diversity initiatives
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Assist in the recruitment process, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
+ Conduct initial screenings of candidates and assist in coordinating interview schedules.
+ Project management for various DEI initiatives, programs, and events.
+ Contribute to talent acquisition efforts with DEI focus.
+ Collaborating with Human Resources and TA team on recruiting and marketing efforts.
+ Work on visuals such as graphics, layouts, and fonts before sending to development.
+ Perform administrative duties as they are assigned.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
+ Completion of undergraduate sophomore or junior year at an undergraduate college or university working towards a 4-year degree preferably in Human Resources, Marketing, or Business.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
+ Creative mindset, detail-oriented, ability to handle multiple tasks.
+ Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
+ Demonstrates a desire to grow, learn, and develop professionally.
+ Strong organization and time management skills.
+ Able to work in a collaborative environment.
