Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications To qualify for the Supply Technician (Inventory), PG -2005-6, you must meet the following requirements: To minimally qualify for the PG-6: You must possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level (PG-05) (or equivalent) or higher to qualify for this position. Specialized experience at the next lower grade level for this position may include: 1) performing general supply, inventory records of supply transactions; 2) preparing reports, summarizing information and data; 3) working to resolve discrepancies and inconsistencies and 4) experience using Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) and Bar code software. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement(07/08/2024) to be considered. Education Substitution of education in lieu of specialized experience may not be used for this grade level.
