MSI is looking for a Marketing Specialist who can to help take our products to a new level. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting in developing and delivering a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business. They will work closely with senior leadership and our sales department to develop a customer acquisition strategy for our retail and enterprise clients to help maximize profits, market share, and thrive against competitors.

Responsibilities:

Assist in designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities. Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently. Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines, etc. Monitor progress and submit performance reports for social media and marketing campaigns. Work with the Creative Services Manager to produce valuable content for the company's online presence, editorial design, and publications. Work with the Communications Manager to produce high-quality communications such as thought leadership, blog posts and email communications that support marketing efforts. Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors' marketing movements. Provide feedback to other marketing professionals. Assist in various internal marketing strategies, such as town calls, intranet updates, and other internal marketing events. Assist in website management. Support account managers in maintaining customer relationships by organizing specific customer-relations programs.

Requirements: Organization skills Proficient content writer Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign a plus Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) B2B2C marketing approach Analytical and creative thinking Strong technological aptitude Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills BS/BA in business administration, marketing, communications, English or a relevant field 3+ years of related experience Insurance experience preferred
