Als Service Controller Key Accounts ben jij het middelpunt van de serviceafdeling. Je maakt analyses en rapportages voor onze grootste klanten. Met jouw advies help je jouw collega's processen te verbeteren om de kwaliteit van onze service te waarborgen. De dynamiek van het bedrijf en de ruimte voor eigen inbreng maakt deze functie uitdagend.
Wat ga je doen?

Je zorgt voor kwaliteitsbewaking doordat je in de gaten houdt of wij de juiste service verlenen bij onze key account klanten. In verschillende automatiseringssystemen controleer je of wij ons aan de gemaakte afspraken met de klant houden.
Naast de controle op de geleverde kwaliteit, kijk je naar de mogelijkheden voor preventie en wering. Hoe kunnen we samen met de klant preventieve maatregelen nemen zodat het risico op last wordt voorkomen.
Op basis van je bevindingen maak je rapportages die je bespreekt met de klant en het team. De klanten waar jij analyses en rapportages voor maakt zijn zeer uiteenlopend. Zo werken we voor landelijke voedingsmiddelenproducenten, verpakkingsproducenten, scholengemeenschappen en franchiseketens.
Naast het monitoren van de afspraken doe je ook voorstellen om de klanttevredenheid op het gebied van service te verhogen. Omdat het om een nieuwe functie gaat is er nog veel te ontdekken en heb je veel vrijheid om de functie te ontwikkelen naar eigen inzicht.

Functie-eisen
Wie ben jij?

Je bent iemand die secuur te werk gaat, goed is met cijfers en het leuk vindt om rapportages te maken voor onze klanten. Je kunt situaties, problemen en vraagstukken goed analyseren en weet hier juiste conclusies aan te verbinden (SMART). Daarnaast vind je het leuk om in een platte organisatie te werken waar de lijntjes kort zijn en een informele sfeer heerst onder collegas.
Je woont in de omgeving van Utrecht
Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau
Bezit goede computer- en systeemvaardigheden
Een sterk analytisch denkvermogen en overtuigingskracht
Accuraat, je stelt je rapporten kritisch op
Je communiceert en adviseert helder met collegas en klanten
Beschikt over goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
