We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas.Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and target potential clients in the accounting and finance industryBuild and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and meetingsConduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the industryWork closely with our recruitment team to understand our clients' hiring needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needsNegotiate and close new business deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfactionManage and maintain a sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue and new business growthRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
