We are actively pursuing a Training & Development Manager for our Rosemont, IL location. The Training & Development Manager is responsible for successfully delivering companywide training and development initiatives at Tecta. This individual identifies and develops solutions to build the necessary knowledge, skills, behaviors and competencies in the workforce. Trainings include building skills of all Tecta employees including leadership, sales, project management, estimating, service and operations, and field technical training. Learning programs and development strategies must be in alignment with the core values of Tecta and align with the initiatives driven at both the Corporate and Local levels. Job Functions: The Training & Development Manager is responsible for Tecta-wide learning and development programs to ensure that all training is successfully developed and delivered (i.e., formal/informal, technical, on-the-job, training/programs for individual contributors, managers, and customers). They have knowledge of and can implement the latest learning technologies to develop and deliver engaging training experiences. Learning and Development Program Design, Development, Delivery and Management: Conduct learning needs assessments to determine knowledge, skills and behaviors requirements. Manage the learning and development process to include internal and external business partner management, program creation/administration, communication, content delivery and management. Measure, analyze, and communicate learning and development trends, strengths and opportunities. Responsible for the design, delivery and implementation of training programs and modules while measuring impact and success. Keep abreast of the latest learning & development research, concepts and technologies and ensure where and when applicable these concepts are evaluated/considered. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Essential): High school Diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience in learning and development Must have strong professional leadership skills and operate with a strong sense of urgency, organization, and attention to detail in all respects while working with all areas of the company Must have the ability to problem solve and to manage difficult customer situations Superior listening and communications skills - ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with associates Working knowledge of learning management systems Working knowledge

of and/or experience with all roof system types College, preferred Technical skills include ability to read financial statements and reports, blueprints, plans/specifications, computer skills, and oral and written communication skills Knowledge of business and management principles Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or other spreadsheet program, including strong analytical abilities Proficiency with Tablets and Software such as Microsoft AX / Field Service Administration Tecta offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a company match, paid time off, paid holidays and more.
