Light Maintenance / Home Inspector

with strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and a great work ethic. Successful Candidate is honest, organized, detail-oriented, and can work independently or with others to complete tasks in a professional and timely manner. Candidate must be able to identify, troubleshoot, and report any problems that would occur in a residential property.

Responsibilities Conduct Check-in / Check-out Vacation Home inspections

to ensure properties are secure and functioning properly. Perform routine

seasonal maintenance tasks

such as snow removal, soft water salt refill, garage clean outs, and basic handyman projects according to needs. Schedule, Coordinate and Document repairs

with Service Vendors as needed. Address client and guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner. Maintain accurate and detailed records

of all property-related transactions and activities. Ensure properties meet high standards of cleanliness and functionality. Maintain an organized and efficient work environment. Provide coverage on weekends as required.

Qualifications Must live nearby Park City, Utah. Clean background and driving record. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Can-do attitude with the ability to work independently. Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices and procedures, or willingness to learn. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and team members. Energetic and positive personality. Honest, Reliable, and Hard Worker Strong organization and problem-solving skills Possess initiative and positive attitude, team player, desire to grow within the company
