Applications Sales Engineer (M/F/D) Your working enviroment: Become part of a modern, future-oriented company now. In addition to friendly colleagues* and an international field of activity, interesting tasks with a high level of personal responsibility await you. As Sales Coordinator you will be an integral part of our sales team, providing support to and communicating with our customers and field sales team, thus playing a key role in maximizing performance and service. Your Tasks: Order Processing tasks as confirming PO’s and sending order confirmations Capture, maintain and manage customer and order information in the system Respond to any customer inquiries for applications where they need technical assistance Responsible for timely responses to all customer inquiries Day to day communication and support with customers and sales team Assist Field sales with campaigns and customer acquisition Follow up order and project status Your Profile: 3 years previous sales experience Experience within industrial automation or equipment Experience with ERP systems and Windows applications Knowledge of the technical / industrial industry is a plus Team player, willing to learn and assist If you would like to take up the challenge and become part of our team, we look forward to receiving your application and welcoming you to FIPA soon. * It's the person that counts, not the gender.
