As a Validation Engineer at PSC Biotech, you will play a critical role in driving project success, while supporting validation planning, development, documentation, and execution, and ensuring regulatory standards and quality requirements are met.

Requirements
  • Ability to Travel. At PSC Biotech, many of our projects and clients are located in various regions around the country. Therefore, we value candidates who are willing and able to travel as needed for project assignments and client engagements. The ability to adapt to different locations, cultures, and work environments is essential, as it allows our team members to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues nationally.
  • Strong Technical Background: Proven experience developing and executing commissioning, qualification, and validation strategies and protocols in the life sciences/pharma/biotech industries. Candidates should possess advanced knowledge of risk-based validation approaches, quality management, and regulatory requirements and compliance.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: As a global company with offices in multiple regions, we value candidates who can adapt to different environments and work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
