Position Overview:
The role entails overseeing and coordinating nursing staff across one or more patient care units, ensuring the fulfillment of patients' healthcare needs, evaluating nursing care quality and performance, and managing the operational aspects of the assigned units. This position also encompasses the planning and execution of staff training, overseeing educational programs, and ensuring cohesive operation with other units and departments.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory California RN license, BSN degree, BLS, NRP certification.
  • Must have at least 5 years of recent NICU Level II experience and 2+ years in a Charge Nurse or managerial role.
  • Delivery experience is essential.

Compensation Details:
Salary ranges from $62.20 to $99.52 hourly, with the total annual compensation between $120,000 and $200,000, dependent on qualifications and experience. Full benefits included, with potential for relocation assistance. Commission and overtime not applicable; bonuses and interview travel reimbursement are not offered.

Vaccination Policy:
Compliance with federal, state, and local vaccination laws is required. Proof of vaccination or exemption approval is a precondition for employment.

Position Titles:
This role is akin to Shift Manager, Clinical Nurse Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, Clinical Nurse Lead, and Charge Nurse positions.
