Additional Information and Key Metrics: * Direct reports o Sr. Analyst, Global Supply Chain Key Responsibilities: * Lead global category strategy development, optimization of LS&Co. Supply base, tail spend management, supplier rationalization and spend consolidation across assigned categories * Category Management: * Own development and execution of category strategy for global distribution and logistics Key Responsibilities: * Lead global category strategy development, optimization of LS&Co. Supply base, tail spend management, supplier rationalization and spend consolidation across assigned categories * Category Management: * Own development and execution of category strategy for global distribution and logistics * Drive alignment with key stakeholders to define the sourcing strategy and market opportunities * Consistent stakeholder engagement * Drive Contract Compliance * Create preferred/approved supplier mapping across assigned categories/subcategories * Coach and develop direct reports on both technical and soft skills * Collaborate with business stakeholders to perform regular supplier performance evaluations, including quarterly business reviews (QBR's) as necessary * Maintain up to date knowledge in procurement practices and technologies as well as market trends related to assigned categories and geographies. * Utilization of Sourcing Tools: o Deliver Savings reporting and status updates to GSS leadership and Stakeholder leadership as necessary o Track and measure all initiatives in GSS PM system o Embed E-auction and RFX technology in sourcing process % of Time: 100%

Years and Type of Experience Required: * 8+ years experience in Indirect Category sourcing experience across Distribution & Logistics. Additional sourcing experience across HR, Professional Services, IT, Marketing, and Facilities a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: * Strong leadership qualities including effective cross-functional communication, team building, and project management skills * Strong influencing skills with the ability to successfully manage complexity and multiple priorities * Demonstrated skills in analyses that drives creative problem solving, proposal preparation and negotiation * Comfortable operating in a fast paced environment prioritizing and leading multiple complex initiatives * Results oriented, Self- starter and ability to effectively develop and translate strategies into actionable plans * Deep understanding of strategic sourcing end to end processes o supplier selection, market intelligence, business partner management, negotiations, SRM Key partners & Interaction: * Internal: Global Indirect Procurement, business stakeholders, leadership and Finance * External (if applicable): Global Indirect supplier base, including executive account leadership
