We’re a fun-loving, sustainability focused group that makes epic award-winning wine, and we have an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Financial Accountant to join our Seddon based Finance team Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role is focused on driving customer needs and satisfactions. The key to success in this role is being a technically minded team player, invested in Yealands financial control and compliance functions. This is a fast-paced commercial environment that suits an individual with flair to manage multiple tasks and react to changing priorities. Minimum Qualifications: Along with a degree qualification or relevant experience in finance and accounting, you’ll have: At least 12-18 months experience of working in a ‘Controls’ environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and form robust working relationships across the business. Advanced user of Microsoft Excel & PowerBI. A great attitude where you are willing to learn and listen to feedback. A keen eye for detail and a desire to probe further and question data. Ability to deliver demanding month-end, and other key finance process deadlines. Clear understanding of the importance of data integrity. Willingness to go above and beyond to support teammates.
