Position Title: Pool Side Bartender

Department: Food and Beverage Reports to: F&B supervisor

POSITION PURPOSE

Poolside Bartenders will be responsible for taking orders, making & delivering drinks to members and guests and overall cleanliness of their assigned bar area.

July - September

Essential Functions

-Make and deliver drinks to members and guests

- Maintain accurate pour sizes and cocktail recipes

-Assist with daily operations as assigned

-Maintain bar cleanliness and appearance

-Take food and beverage orders from members and guests in a timely and efficient manner

-Deliver food & beverage orders to members and guests efficiently and accurately

-Follow up with additional member requests and issues

-Maintain par levels of all bar items and ingredients

-Prepare batched cocktails per assigned recipe

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education: Some High School required.

Experience: No experience required.

Must be 21 years or older.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift 50lbs and be on your feet for long periods of time.

This job is a civilian position and does not require military service (including commission and enlistment)
