In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring top talent for our teams. This is a fast-paced opportunity and will require a high degree of organization, resourcefulness and professionalism. Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ experience in human resources preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate recruiting efforts and execute the recruiting strategies for assigned openings, including sourcing, dispositioning, screening, interviewing, and presenting offers
  • Facilitate the recruiting process to ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Work with the team to support employer branding efforts
  • Gather and utilize recruiting metrics to develop strategy and drive decisions
  • Maintain and follow procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations and policies
  • Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Support overall HR team efforts and assist with special projects as needed
