Responsibilities :
Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
Perform detailed testing of financial records, transactions, and internal controls to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
Communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively to clients and internal stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
Mentor and supervise junior audit team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional development.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification or tracking required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing, preferably within a CPA firm environment.
Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, and regulations (GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB).
Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members at all levels.
Proven leadership abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
