Electrical Assembler

**Description:**

Manufacturing company in Rochester, NY is in search of an electrical technician and assembler to build and test electrical components and systems for automated machinery. This opportunity includes competitive health benefits upon hire, 401k, paid holidays, and PTO. Compensation will be based on experiene.

Employees will be working on a team of electrical assemblers, panel builders, journeyman electricians, mechanical machine builders, and engineers to complete complex wiring and builds for automated equipment. Training will be provided.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Responsible for following blueprints and schematics for electrical wiring

+ Perform electrical testing using various tools

+ Work with engineering to adjust prints and build information

+ Mechanical component assembly required when necessary

**Skill Recommendations:**

+ Ability to read and follow blueprints and schematics; will train

+ Previous machine building or electrical panel wiring experience preferred

+ Previous electrical experience recommended; certifications not required but beneficial

**Additional Information:**

+ Schedule: Monday - Friday

+ Shift: First/Day shift

+ Clean, climate controlled work environment

+ Pay $22 - $30/hr based on experience

+ Benefits available upon hire

+ PTO

+ Paid holidays

+ NYS sick leave

+ Additional training provided if necessary
