Onsite Transaction Processor III

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Background screening required.
  • Driver's License and Clean Driving record required.
  • Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
About the Role

As a transaction processor III, you will be supporting our client's customers as a first point of contact. In this role, you will be responsible to client inquiries on a timely basis, providing product information, and help the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer's problem. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry.

What you will be doing:
  • Pick up and deliver mail, boxes and other deliverables to/from the post office, client offices and vendors.
  • Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Perform basic data-entry tasks.
  • Respond to client inquiries on a timely basis.
  • Perform basic vehicle inspections on the vehicle to ensure safe operation.
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated pay for this role is $18.00 per hour.
