This position will play a key role in ensuring that the CSA department is operating smoothly, connecting well with co-op members, and reaching sales goals.What you'll be doing - Lead, coach, and develop members of the CSA teamProvide direction and daily priorities Provide training and support to CSA team members on company products, services, and policiesObserve staff performance and provide feedbackAssist CSA team members in resolving customer issuesWork with the team to promote and increase CSA sales Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the CSA DepartmentDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customersCreate and maintain staff schedulesRepresent the CSA department at meetings and eventsAct as a liaison between the organization and employees Work with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planningAssist with special projects as neededQualificationsWho you are -Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field3+ years of experience in a wholesale or customer service roleProven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales goalsStrong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteThis job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the performance of this job.
