Our MissionWe strive to deliver high-quality patient care through our cardiac rehabilitation program, led by a team of experienced professionals. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for patients to recover and manage their cardiovascular conditions.
Job SummaryThe Cardiology Registered Nurse (RN) Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of the cardiology department, ensuring efficient patient care and effective communication with clinical staff and other departments. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities- Manage clinical staff to ensure best practices and provide guidance on clinical concerns
- Communicate with the Practice Manager on clinical and staffing issues
- Ensure daily efficiency of the cardiology department, including monitoring patient schedules and managing supplies
- Act as a liaison between the cardiology group, NCH providers, and other clinical departments to ensure timely referrals and cardiac testing
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current NH RN license and BLS & ACLS certification required, PALS preferred
- Proficient in oral and written communication skills and have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Current clinical experience and 2 years of cardiology and supervisory experience preferred
