HRIS Coordinator

Location: Hybrid in Alameda CA

Pay: $24-27 per hour

Job Responsibilities

HRIS Coordinator is responsible for data entry and system administration

HRIS Coordinator processes status and salary changes

HRIS Coordinator oversees new employee setup

HRIS Coordinator is responsible for maintaining I-9 records and E-verify information

Requirements

HRIS Coordinator must have knowledge of HRIS database administration, preferably in Workday

Associate or Bachelors degree in HR related field

HRIS Coordinator must possess strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent communication skills required
