Through a collaborative effort with other healthcare providers, you will promote improved function of our clients through therapeutic interventions and education to patients, families, and caregivers on ways to support the clients that we serve.What we expect from our Pediatric Speech Therapist:95% Positive customer satisfaction surveys measured randomly80% Proposed Goals met by re-evaluation100% of billable hours served, per individual Employment agreement90% of arrivals or higher per scheduled hours100% of daily documentation completed within 24 hours of seeing the patient100% of all Evaluations/Re-evaluations/Progress documentation completed within 48 - 72 hours of seeing the patient.Required experience and qualifications:College Degree, active PT license2 year-experience minimumExperience in pediatric physical therapy is a PLUSPreferred soft skills and personality traits:Upbeat personalityGreat team spiritSolution drivenCooperative - willing to help workersCompassion & empathy toward othersYou must love to work with kidsCalm and clear communication skillsPersistent and able to focus for long hoursThank you for sending your application online.
