Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Texarkana, TX. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients.

• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.

• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

• Provide training and support to sales team members to improve their performance and achieve sales goals.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.

• Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and events to promote the company's products and services.

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the technology industry.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
