***This is a permanent, full-time role and will be fully onsite in our Mendota Heights office
This position will support the Document Retention team. Document Retention is responsible for managing all inbound physical transaction requests in a storage area. Individual will be responsible for pulling and compiling the documents along with a reject letter to be sent back to the shareholder. Also responsible for contribution report balancing and IRIS pull requests. Also responsible for logging all outbound certificates for tracking purposes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
o Customer Service (internal & external)
o Researching inquires
o Reviewing time sensitive and/or complex documents
o Revising departmental procedures
o Coordinate situations that involve other departments.
o Desktop deposits
o Pulling reports involving checks
o Retrieving documents
o Mailing active/archived work items and inserting comments
Skills, Capabilities and Attributes
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviors:
o Strong communication & problem solving skills
o Financial services and/or transfer agent operations experience preferred
o Ability to comprehend moderate to complex operational processes and their interrelationship

o Self-starter with ability to follow client request through resolution

o Experience in IRIS and Document Retention Management (DRM) a plus
Education Requirements
o High school Diploma or equivalent GED.
Experience requirements
o 18+ months of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, operations, financial services, accounting, business processing, analytical, financial, clerical, or call center.
o Lift 30 lb boxes
Compensation
$18.00-19.00 per hour
