You will rely heavily on finding key opportunities from internal and external insights with an ability to collaborate and rally others. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and implementing forward-thinking messaging opportunities across the marketing funnel. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a sharp eye for market trends and an ability to navigate cross-functional dynamics. This role is part of the North American Marketing Activation Team and works directly with Daily Rental and Marketing Leadership. This position collaborates regularly with internal marketing disciplines and external agency partners. Help develop innovative storytelling techniques and cross-channel marketing efforts that resonate with audience needs and drive desired actions. + Execute comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass full-funnel solutions. Analyze market/consumer trends, performance metrics, insights and brand health (provided by internal team) to tailor strategies, ensuring effectiveness across the customer journey from awareness to conversion and retention. + Harness consumer insights and data analysis to ensure marketing initiatives are relevant and impactful for audiences. Continuously optimize campaign effectiveness through data-driven optimizations, maximizing effectiveness & ROI, and achieving marketing objectives. + Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, including Creative, Media, and Owned Channels, to ensure messaging consistency and alignment across B2C channels. Foster a unified brand voice and coherent messaging strategy that enhances brand integrity and customer trust across business brands. + Develop comprehensive project and creative briefs that clearly articulate campaign objectives, target audience insights, key messaging points, and offer creative inspiration and guidelines. Ensure briefs are strategically aligned with overall marketing goals and help facilitate efficient and effective execution with creative teams. + Stay informed of all relevant industry and market developments. Regularly monitor trends, emerging technologies, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage. + Manage messaging planning work streams and trafficking schedules with precision. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and adherence to project timelines, maintaining high standards of quality and effectiveness. + Commit to continuous professional development by actively seeking out resources, reports, and industry news.
