Regarding compensation: you will play a vital role in the administration of the year-end compensation process, become a trusted advisor to the business by providing guidance and supporting data for compensation decisions, and assist in coordinating period submissions such as regulatory filings and market data benchmarking.

Day-to-day responsibilities include ad-hoc reporting requests, updating various compensation and HRIS systems, and relationship management with employees and leaders.
