We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PR Manager with established relationships with leading media outlets in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing high-impact media coverage, managing media relations, and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. This role is critical in amplifying our brand presence and positioning Hey Dola as a leader in the AI industry.

The Role
Media Relations:
Leverage existing media relationships to secure top-tier press coverage for Hey Dola.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers in the tech, business, and lifestyle sectors.
Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and manage media engagements.
Strategic PR Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that align with Hey Dola’s business goals and marketing objectives.
Create and manage a PR calendar, including key announcements, product launches, and industry events.
Content Creation:
Craft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
Develop compelling story angles and pitches that highlight Hey Dola’s innovations, achievements, and impact.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and executive teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Performance Measurement:
Monitor and analyze media coverage and PR campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in PR, with a strong focus on media relations.
Established relationships with key media outlets in the United States.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Proven ability to secure high-impact media coverage.
Understanding of the tech / AI industries.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
