TDP has significant experience investing in service businesses and has completed over 1000 investment partnerships in its history.We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about building relationships with clients, will collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals, constantly seek improvement, and will demonstrate the value Superior Insurance Partners can provide.How will you affect the business?Effectively manage high volume of incoming callsIdentify and assess client needs to achieve satisfactionQuoting, endorsements, certificates and contribute to the renewal processBuild sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/toolsHandle complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure a resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsWhat skills will make me successful in this role?Ability and desire to provide resultsDevelop professional relationships with your internal and external partnersEffective communicationUtilize your resilient and adaptable mindset in the face of shifting prioritiesEagerness to collaborate with all teams and employees.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of client service experience working insuranceProperty and Casualty Insurance License Experience with Applied EPIC or AMS360 a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office
