Specific Responsibilities:
Create and implement new ways to make Foster-Caviness a fun and exciting place to work
Facilitate all facets of team building and people leadership across multiple sites.
Ensure all associates are engaged, empowered, and accountable to win.
Execute process plans for existing and new lines of business, integrating them to ensure efficient use of resources and maintaining quality and dependability for all customers.
Ensure processes are relevant and consistently executed with greatness and accuracy i.e. inbound, outbound, put-a-way, quality, and repack policies and procedure adherence.
Manage and modernize process to ensure exceptional service levels.
