Spherion Staffing is hiring a Member Service Representative for a local credit union While banking experience is not required for this position, this front-line position plays a vital role in providing exceptional service to members, so customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities:
Open all types of accounts for members
Answer questions and provide assistance with various services
Offer outstanding customer service in a courteous and professional manner
Help create a welcoming environment for all members

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Skills:
Professional, friendly, and passionate about helping people
Ability to handle direct member contact in a professional way

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service work experience
Must submit to a background check
