Primary Role in the Organization:First contact for all Customer Orders and Capacity requirements. Coordinates customer orders with production departments to ensure on-time delivery. Manage all Production Control activities. Reports To: Vice PresidentSupervises: All Production Control associatesResponsibilities:1.) Develop departmental objectives in support of President's Objectives2.) Establish departmental budgets3.) Review new model programs to ensure no customer issues at start-up4.) Support of Production planning information 5.) Capacity Evaluation6.) Inventory accuracy7.) Control Inventory levels 8.) Maintain departments controlled documents and master list9.) Physical Inventory10.) Promote and participate in continuous improvement activities 11.) Support all NRI certifications (i.e.; J-Sox, IATF, ISO, etc.)12.) Ensure PC, Shipping, & Receiving Departments follow required department procedures to ensure NRI meets of exceed our Customer's delivery requirements.13.) Maintain conformance with all company policies 14) Control of packaging for MP and Service. 15.) Provide support for associate concerns.Qualifications:A. Experience1.) 3-5 years comparable work experience2.) JDE-experience preferred3.) PC-literate with Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word)4.) Knowledge of manufacturing environment5.) Supervisory experienceB. Education1.) Production Control, Supply Chain, Engineering, or comparable work experienceRequirements:A. Physical Demands1.) Keyboarding, sitting, walking, standing and reaching. 2.) Must have ability to meet department work schedules and be flexible with hours if required.B. Equipment Usage1.) Computer2.)
