Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking to hire a full-time (CSR) Customer Service Representative to join our HVAC and plumbing office team.

This plumbing and HVAC (CSR) Customer Service Representative position works 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and earns $29,000 to $34,500/year, plus commission We also offer well-rounded benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a company-matched 401(k) plan

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A (CSR) CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

You're not just a one-trick pony as a (CSR) Customer Service Representative at Summers. Whether it's handling a customer complaint or inquiry, or taking and making phone calls, everyone receives the same premier customer service from you. Your strong communication skills help you clearly explain our HVAC and plumbing products to new and existing clients. In an effort to keep our records up to date, you document every customer interaction. We can count on you to uphold our world-class experience

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Have a positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • The ability to pass a background check and drug screening
