You will own the strategy and roadmap for our card programs, debit and prepaid, Choice's critical consumer products and revenue drivers. You will partner with a cross-functional team to review client needs, identify product capabilities, and drive key strategic initiatives as we deliver a modern banking experience. You will become an expert in Principal membership regulations, management of card programs and deliver products that help our partners deliver one-of-a-kind solutions.

Responsibilities
- Own and drive the roadmap for the prepaid and debit card programs
- Manage the product development lifecycle from inception through launch of key prepaid and debit card features
- Conduct product research to be well versed on the competitive landscape for existing and new technologies
- Identify market opportunities, and pursue differentiating modern debit card features
- Interview and capture business requirements from stakeholders and customers
- Serve as subject matter expert for Visa and MasterCard Principal Membership compliance and optimization.
