Project Manager

Baker Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our automation and HVAC systems team, you will be responsible for creating and developing relationships with employees, internal and external customers, and providing opportunities to increase business unit revenues through marketing and cross-selling products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from design to owner training, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for our customers.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue revenue opportunities, cross-sell and cold call to drive business growth.
• Provide sales support as needed, review estimates, initiate sales/ops turnovers, and document scope.
• Assist in scheduling, revenue forecasting, and pricing change orders to ensure customer labor rates/markups are met.
• Perform related work as required, including project documentation, financial management, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or Engineering preferred.
• Experience in automation and HVAC systems, estimating, and managing projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, positive attitude, and a team player mentality.
• Ability to work in a variety of temperature and weather conditions, with occasional exposure to physical demands such as lifting, bending, and standing.
