Compensation:

$16.50 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities:Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information
Field customer complaints when necessary
Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests’ needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs
Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers
Assist with serving breakfast and cleaning the area after breakfast is closedWill need to be a morning person who is on time and happy at early hoursMust be able to get a WA state food handler licenseQualifications:Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
