HVAC experience preferred but not mandatory. Must be self-motivated and organized, provide excellent customer service, build and maintain relationships with existing customers and scout out new customers regularly. Responsible for customer retention, strategies to increase sales and maximizing sell-through. Providing regular call reports to management in a timely manner, setting and exceeding goals.
