We are hiring for a Housekeeping Utility Team Lead to support our gated retirement community. All of our clients live within our community, so there is no travel involvedThe Housekeeping Utility Team Leader provides leadership, direction, and support to the Housekeeping staff. The Team Leader is responsible for working in accordance with approved policies and procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment. How you will make an impact:Maintaining cleanliness of the Community through the use of specialized equipment Ensuring proper handling and disposal of waste and utilizes work orders to ensure proper room/furniture setupsAssisting with movement and delivery of heavy objects/ packages.
