The Opportunity: Seeking an experienced internal communications professional to support a national security client. In this role, you'll support a highly visible, fast-paced office within the organization, where you'll work with senior executives and a large stakeholder network. As a member of this thriving team, you and a junior communications team member will spearhead all client communications initiatives, communicating to the client's workforce and to senior agency leadership. You'll leverage your skills and experience to provide a range of communications support, from strategic communications planning to tactical execution and provision of steady-state communications. This includes planning for workforce engagements, town halls, and events, developing marketing campaigns for those events and leading client communications initiatives, including large-scale outreach campaigns to engage the workforce and drive acceptance of client policies. You'll use your strong writing and editing skills to create a variety of communications materials and products, such as executive communications, talking points, marketing copy, newsletter content, human-interest stories about the workforce, and web site content. years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing

Experience planning and executing communications strategies

Experience writing and editing a variety of content types, from executive communications and talking points to web copy and podcast scripts

TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: Experience with consulting, including government consulting

Experience with event planning and execution

Master's degree

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
