We are currently seeking a patient care coordinator to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our practice.Schedule:Monday-Wednesday: 9:00am-6:00pmThursday: 9:00am-5:00pmFriday: 9:00am-2:00pmPerks and Benefits:Health, vision, and dental insurancePaid maternity leaveHoliday pay, PTO + additional gifted hoursOngoing training and career development opportunitiesScrub allowance401(k) retirement planResponsibilities:Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.Maintain accurate patient records, update demographic information, and ensure necessary documentation is completed for each visit.Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for total patient satisfaction.Collaborate with the dental team to facilitate a seamless patient flow, ensuring that each visit is comfortable, efficient, and on schedule.Actively participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing education to enhance your knowledge of dental procedures, technologies, and administrative acumen.Uphold and adhere to all dental practice policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Ensure a clean and organized treatment environment, restocking supplies, and equipment as necessaryEfficiently coordinate patient scheduling to maximize the productivity of dental providers and meet patient needs.If you are passionate about helping others and interested in starting your dental career, we encourage you to apply for this exciting role.
