The Product Marketing Professional 2 plans, develops and executes promotional campaigns and projects to establish brand awareness across newly expanded/acquired markets. The Product Marketing Professional 2 will report to the Associate Director of the Health Marketing team. The Product Marketing Professional 2 will work remotely.
The Product Marketing Professional 2 campaigns may include direct mailing, billboards, print as well as digital and social advertising. Projects may include developing new Google Business profiles for new markets, creating local landing pages, updating website content via the website content management system (CMS), and implementing search engine optimization (SEO) tactics.
Researches, writes, designs and edits collateral that is effective and appropriate for the intended audience. Arranges for material to be economically published and distributed. Liaises with external vendors and agencies (for example printers, advertising agencies, media outlets) to ensure that their work meets the organization's requirements, deadlines and budget. Understands department, segment and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Experience with digital and social media campaigns, including understanding reporting metrics and objectives, is essential. Critical skills include project management capabilities, strategic thinking, initiative and follow through, and working effectively with others. The position requires the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion, drive strategy and execution, and collaborate with Marketing peers, internal shared service support teams, senior-level leaders and various vendor partners. The successful candidate will be an action-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills, who is thorough and demonstrates a lot of initiative and follow-through.
Required Qualifications
•Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or Business
•3 years of business, marketing strategy, digital marketing, and/or media marketing experience
•Experience working in Google Analytics, Google Business Profile and website content management systems (CMS)
•Strong understanding of Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms
•Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office
•Strong, demonstrated project management skills
•Strong, demonstrated skills measuring marketing campaigns and working within budgets
•General knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and internet ranking for web content
•Marketing experience with a demonstrated ability of managing and prioritizing a diverse set of projects
•Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; able to communicate at all levels of an organization
•Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving patient and sales experiences
Preferred Qualifications
•Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications and Business
•Experience working in the healthcare industry
Work at Home/Remote Requirements
•Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings.
•Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10×1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required.
"The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $25.63 to $28.48 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match."
