About you:

Responsibilities:

* Leads by example through delivering a positive, friendly experience and engaging our customers through conversation and service

* Answers customer inquiries from SMS, email, chat and recommends solutions for customer issues

* Knowledgeable and able to communicate about Nisolos values, product, and our industry. Excited to ask questions and learn

* Communicate efficiently and accurately about our products, sizing and features, as well as company policies

* Troubleshoot when necessary and proactively communicate with management regularly to ensure that complaints are forwarded to the correct department for investigation

Skills & Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience working in customer-facing roles preferred

* Experience working in Gladly, or similar CRM system

* High school diploma or GED equivalent

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Google G Suite and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel

* Strong organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills

* Strong collaborative and detail oriented skills

* Able to work in a fluid, fast-paced, multi-channel environment

* Ability to quickly navigate between internal systems

* Strong, positive attitude with high integrity

Compensation: $15 per hour. 20-30 hours per week.

Estimated start date: March 2022.

Location: Nashville, Tennessee (*Candidate must be based in the greater Nashville area. Work environment hybrid/remote.*)
