You will be leading a diverse, dynamic team of quality logistics professionals motivated to the mission and contract success.The Logistics Team Lead will manage a team of 10-15 logistics professionals both as a personnel supervisor and as a tasking lead for day-to-day warehouse operations. Must be a team player with knowledge and experience in all facets of warehouse operations including but not limited to Receiving, Inventory, Shipping, Transportation, Data Entry & Audits. The Logistics Team Lead sets the direction and strategy for logistics compliance with program requirements, recommends process improvements, and collaborates with the Program Management Office and Customer on Logistics performance concerns.You will interact with both internal and external customers on a daily basis both in person and via other communication channels. You will manage transportation planning for primary support to facilities in the local Washington Metro Area, regionally, and occasion support to facilities nationwide. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
