Account Manager Projects . Stoneline is producent en verdeler van producten uit beton, keramiek en natuursteen voor tuinen, opritten en terrassen. Stoneline is een Brits bedrijf en is marktleider in bestratingsproducten in het Verenigd Koninkrijk. Stoneline werd opgericht in 2011 te Rumst en is actief op de Belgische en Franse markt. Stoneline telt een zestigtal werknemers en heeft zijn eigen productiesite en magazijn. Als Account Manager Projects ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van je eigen, bestaande klantenportefeuille in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen. In deze rol rapporteer je aan de Commercieel Directeur Benelux. Je onderhoudt en bouwt relaties op met tuinaannemers, algemene aannemers, (tuin)architecten, projectontwikkelaars, eigenaars: kortom alle mogelijke actoren binnen het project. Advies & begeleiding

Je biedt ondersteuning en begeleidt de klanten en partners bij specifieke vragen en probleemstellingen. Jouw advies over de meest geschikte toepassingen zorgt voor een grote klanttevredenheid, en succesvolle projectontwikkeling. Je bent op zoek naar duurzame win-win situaties voor alle partijen. Administratie & teamplayer

Daarnaast zorg je voor een correcte en gedegen administratieve opvolging. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met het volledige customer service-, external sales- en marketingteam om zo onze gemeenschappelijke doelen te behalen.Als technisch-commercieel talent sta je bovendien ook in voor opleidingen en kwaliteitsbewaking in de regio. Voor deze functie zoeken wij een enthousiaste en positief ingestelde bachelor bouw of een medewerker met ervaring in een aanverwante sector. Een gedreven en resultaatgericht commercieel talent met uitstekende communicatieve en relationele vaardigheden. Je combineert je commerciële talenten bovendien met een technische kennis in onze branche of bent bereid deze technische kennis aan te leren. We zoeken iemand die zeer georganiseerd, gestructureerd en zelfstandig kan werken, maar toch een goede collegiale teamspirit behoudt. Je communiceert vlot met jouw collega’s accountmanagers in de diverse regio’s om alle project opportuniteiten te kunnen vatten. Je staat aan het begin van of middenin een succesvolle verkoopcarrière, met ambitie om persoonlijk te groeien. Een eerste succesvolle ervaring in een B2B-verkoopfunctie is een plus, maar geen must. Je werkt in jouw regio samen met ervaren accountmanagers als directe collega’s. Word, Excel en PowerPoint vormen geen geheim voor jou en je hebt geen schrik om nieuwe systemen te leren kennen. Ik sta in voor het technisch onderhoud en kan zo een bijdrage leveren aan de verbetering van het productieproces. Elke dag is een nieuwe uitdaging, mijn werk geeft mij veel voldoening. Ik ben 23 jaar oud, afgestudeerd in de richting Computer Gestuurde Machines. Ik heb ook een 7de jaar specialisatie als CNC Operator gevolgd. Ik werk graag bij Stoneline, ik heb er leuke collega’s. Maarten Als Dispatcher zorgen we ervoor dat de goederen op tijd bij de klant geraken. Elke bestelling verdient evenveel aandacht op onze planning. Stoneline biedt mij de nodige uitdagingen die ik zoek in mijn job, zo krijg ik ook de kans om verschillende projecten uit te werken. Mijn job is enorm afwisselend, elke dag een nieuwe uitdaging. Door de vlakke structuur krijg ik veel verantwoordelijkheden en werk ik zeer zelfstandig, en haal ik dus ook veel voldoening uit mijn werk. Ik werk als heftruckchauffeur en zorg ervoor dat de klant de juiste materialen geleverd krijgt, een afwisselende job die mij veel voldoening geeft. Ik ben verantwoordelijk voor het goede verloop aan de balie, het stockbeheer, het terrein en de plaatsing en vernieuwing van de toonparken van onze klanten. Stoneline is een leuk en dynamisch bedrijf waar je allerlei kansen krijgt om jezelf en je job verder te ontwikkelen. Ook laten ze opening om een nieuwe frisse wind te laten waaien en zo het bedrijf te verbeteren waarbij de ideeën van alle collega’s meer dan welkom zijn. Ik sta in voor de kwaliteitsbewaking van inkomende grondstoffen, productieproces en afgewerkt product. Ik sta de collega's in de fabriek bij met raad en daad om een zo mooi mogelijk product af te leveren. Het is een afwisselende en boeiende job met veel contacten met vrijwel alle werknemers van ons bedrijf. Stoneline creëert een werksfeer waarin je zelfstandig je job kan invullen en laat kosten nog moeite gespaard om je bij te scholen als je dat wenst. Het is fijn om de resultaten te zien bij klanten die ervoor kiezen een actieve samenwerking aan te gaan. De progressie en erkenning die je hier krijgt zijn vaak de grootste beloning. Ik kreeg de kans om als Sales Order entry te starten bij Stoneline en door te groeien naar Credit Controller. Waar ik mij nu helemaal thuis voel en mij verder kan ontplooien, iets wat voor mij heel belangrijk is. Al meer dan 10 jaar werk ik in de productie en elke dag vliegt voorbij. Het werk is gevarieerd en ik heb toffe collega’s. Bij Stoneline heb je een familiale sfeer en leuk contact met de klanten, andere pluspunten zijn de verschillende extra legale voordelen, glijdende/flexibele werkuren en de kans op bijleren dmv aangeboden cursussen. Als heftruckchauffeur zet ik de bestellingen klaar en laad ik de klanten, een taak die ik met plezier doe. Samen met mijn team zorgen we voor een excellente klantenservice. Bij Stoneline kan ik me verder ontwikkelen en bijdragen om altijd te blijven innoveren. De collega’s staan ook altijd klaar om mekaar te helpen en er is een fijne samenwerking. Klanten ontvangen in onze showroom en bijstaan in de keuze voor hun tuinproject, dat geeft voldoening.
