We are looking for:

  • Maintenance Planner; Safety oriented, self-directed and highly motivated individual with good organizational skills.
  • Strong Team Player
We count on you for:
  • Lead in maintaining safety performance of facility through participating in safety programs and keeping safety 1st in all activities.
  • Position will flex from project planning, to project work and maintenance planning as required by customer demands on the maintenance department. Exact mix is not known.
  • Work with Maintenance Technicians, Engineers, Production, Contractors and Vendors to develop efficient job plans detailing manpower, parts, procedures, equipment and tools. Utilize these resource groups to fill in gaps in knowledge base where gaps exist.
  • Plan maintenance activities which includes: walking down and evaluating jobs to develop scope of work; develop bill of material for job scopes; staging and /or kitting parts for jobs; scheduling outside service contractor needs.
  • Implement and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs for the site.
  • Update equipment information and BOM information in a timely manner.
  • Manage work order backlog.
  • SAP expert.
  • Backup support to other key roles
  • Hands on supervision of contract project work as directed by Supervisor and Capital Group.
  • Small Capital Projects Management as assigned.
You will bring:
  • Minimum of five (5) years maintenance experience in an industrial environment as maintenance Mechanical technician, maintenance I&E technician or maintenance planner.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associate Degree in maintenance/Mechanical/Electrical Technology-Preferred
  • Computer literate in SAP or equivalent CMMS, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel. Experience in supervising, planning and coordinating multi trade projects.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Five years of hands on experience in maintenance.
  • Planning and scheduling experience needed.
  • Experience with purchasing and procurement.

  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $80,560 to $100,700 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes a sales incentive plan (variable annual bonus).
